| Yick Hoe Ferrous Steel Sdn Bhd (YHFS) was formerly known as Yick Hoe Hardware & Machinery Sdn Bhd back in 1978. The company was renamed when it ventured into the structural steel industry in 2005. |

| YHFS acts as the main trading arm under Yick Hoe Group of Companies. YHFS carries a wide variety of mild steel products such as structural steel, plates and longitudinal products. The company distributes its products to end users and trading houses. |

| The growth in demand from the northern and central regions of Peninsular Malaysia provided us with an opportunity to broaden our network. We branched out to Kapar, Kuala Lumpur in 2009, the Kapar warehouse’s inventory is made up of YHFS’s and YHSI’s products. Its geographical location enables us to shorten delivery lead time to clients situated at the northern and central regions of Peninsula Malaysia. |

| Yick Hoe Steel Industries Sdn Bhd (YHSI) was incorporated back in 2002. The primary role of YHSI is to serve clients through value added services related to our existing inventory. |

| YHSI owns a coil center that is catered for shearing and slitting metal coils into metal sheets before being packaged and delivered to end users. We do offer a variety of metal coils, most of our clients belong to the either the manufacturing or construction sector. |
| |
| In addition, YHSI had established a cut and bend division back in 2010. This division is responsible for cutting and bending ribbed steel bars and wire rods into specific shapes and sizes according to clients’ requirements. The finished goods would then be sorted and packaged before delivery. |

| ECCO Steel Industries Sdn Bhd (ECCO) is our manufacturing and construction arm under Yick Hoe Group of companies. |

| ECCO owns a production line catered for manufacturing Galvanized Iron (GI) purlin and GI light weight roof truss. These products are mainly used for roof construction, cladding support and as structural frames for buildings. |
| |
| In addition, ECCO had recently ventured into manufacturing ‘Deformed Bar in Coil form’ (DBIC) and wire mesh. These products are mainly used as reinforcement steel in building structures. |
| |
| Lastly but not least, we had also established a team to design, supply and to install prefabricated building structures. Our team specializes in the construction of site office, workers’ dormitory, staff canteen, security guard post, shelter and warehouse. These building structures are often built at construction sites before actual construction work commences. |

| Apart from having renowned sea ports, Lahad Datu, a town in Sabah, is also known for being one of the main contributors to the cocoa, and palm oil industry of Malaysia. The rise in the number of palm oil and cocoa refineries in Lahad Datu resulted in an exponential growth of steel products in that region. The surge in demand for steel products convinced us to venture into the eastern region of Peninsula Malaysia. |

| Yick Hoe Group of Companies established its first branch (Lahad Datu Metal Sdn Bhd) in the eastern region of Peninsula Malaysia back in 2006. Lahad Datu Metal Sdn Bhd (LHD) carries an inventory consisting of YHFS, YHSI and ECCO products. In addition, LHD also supplies building materials such as timber, concrete etc. |

| Located north of Lahad Datu, Sandakan, the second biggest town in Sabah, shares similar traits as Lahad Datu. Sandakan is well known for its busy sea ports and the town is also one of the main contributors to the palm oil and cocoa industry in Malaysia. |

| Promising results from LHD convinced Yickhoe Group of Companies to further expand its influence in the eastern region of Malaysia. Hence, Sandakan Metal Sdn Bhd (SMSB) was established. SMSB first begun its operation in back in 2009. Similar to LHD, SMSB carries an inventory mainly consisting of YHFS, YHSI and ECCO products. |

Yick Hoe Group established its third branch in Kota Kinabalu in January 2019 --- Kota Kinabalu Metal Sdn Bhd, serves with a variety range of building and hardware products such as high tensile deformed bar, mild steel round bar, BRC, sheet pile, plywood, timber, metal roofing system, concrete etc. |
